1. General Information

SeasideBeachDecor.com is an online retailer specializing in coastal, nautical, and tropical home decor. Items sold on this website are sold by Webfactory Solutions DBA Seaside Beach Decor or by Shoreline Home & Gifts. These are both family businesses that have come together to offer beautiful and unique decor and gifts on the SeasideBeachDecor.com website. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our site.

2. Product Descriptions and Availability

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time. Many of our items ship direct to our customers through our suppliers. At times, an item may become backordered. If an item is backordered and not expected to be available within 7 days we will notify the customer to see if they would like to cancel the backordered item(s). If the item becomes permanently unavailable we will contact the customer and issue a refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods provided at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Orders that qualify for free shipping will have actual shipping costs deducted from any refund in the case of an authorized return. If you order multiple items they may ship at different times if they are being shipped from different suppliers.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Custom items cannot be returned.
All returns require prior authorization.
To request a return, please contact us via the Contact Us page within 14 days of receipt.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
Shipping costs for delivery are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds for items originally shipped with free shipping.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. To receive a different item, please request a return authorization and place a new order.
Undeliverable items retuned to the supplier will be refunded minus any shipping charges incurred in the attempted delivery and return. A restocking fee may apply.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

8. Limitation of Liability
